HOw to use the payment calculator
We regret that we cannot offer online registration.
For your convenience, this page is available to be used as a calculator only.
Tuition fees are to be paid directly to your instructor via cash or check. Concerts and other events require an RSVP for all attendees, and fees will be collected at the door.
After using the registration calculator, please click here to RSVP for all of your workshops, concerts, and additional events.
You can use The payment calculator to determine:
1) The amount that you will pay each teacher.
2) The total cost of the classes and concert tickets for each person you are registering.
3) The total amount you will spend.
Step 1: Decide which of number 1, 2, or 3 above you would like to calculate first.
Step 2: Consult the schedule linked here and decide upon the total number of workshop hours that you need to calculate the cost for.
Special Discount Option 1: If you buy three concert tickets and also attend either all of Máire Ní Chathasaigh’s classes or all of James Kelly’s classes, you get a discount! To see the discount, use the specially labeled links on the calculator page.
Special Discount Option 2: If you buy any three concert tickets, you get $5 off of each ticket! Use the specially labeled option in order to take advantage of this discount.
Step 3: If you're not looking for the discount option, click the link that says "One hour of class time with any teacher." You will see a new page where you have the opportunity to enter the number of workshop hours you would like to calculate the cost for. Enter this number. A shopping cart icon will pop up, showing the total cost of the hours you entered.
Step 4: If you need to add workshop hours in 30-minute or 15-minute increments, return to the calculator page. The shopping cart icon will follow you. Once there, click on either of those options, and repeat the process of entering the total number of each that you would like to add.
Step 5: Repeat the process for any concert tickets you want to purchase and for any other totals you need to calculate.
